Rocklin Parks
Three community parks and 19 neighborhood parks are
available in Rocklin, which is also close to Folsom Lake, a state recreation
area that offers boating, swimming, fishing, hiking, sailing and much more.
Community Parks
Johnson-Springview Park
5480 Fifth St.
Located in Central
Rocklin, this 132-acre park houses major recreation facilities including
lighted baseball/softball fields, lighted tennis courts, a nine-hole disc
golf course, restrooms, roller hockey rink, sand volleyball court, and a
children's playground. Johnson-Springview Park is also the home of the
city's skate park, which is open to in-line skaters and
skateboarders. Recreation centers, including the Rocklin Community Center,
3rd Street Recreation Center, and the 5th Street Recreation Center, are
located in the park. The Rocklin branch of the Placer County Library is also
located in the park
Lone Tree Park
West Oaks and Lone Tree Blvd.
Lone Tree is a beautiful
30-acre park featuring a new softball field that will play host to many
of the City's upcoming sports programs. Lone
Tree Park also has restrooms and ample parking.
Twin Oaks Park
5500 Park Drive
This 30-acre park provides lighted sports
fields for activities including youth baseball, softball, soccer, and a
children's playground. There is more than a mile of concrete pathways, ideal
for walking and jogging. Restrooms are also on site.
