  • What is estate planning?
It is planning for the conservation, management and transfer of one!&s assets in the event of incompetency or death. To ensure accuracy, the process should involve the counsel of an attorney and a tax advisor.

  • Why is it important?
Without a written estate plan, your hard-earned assets may become subjected to a costly court process, causing your family unnecessary stress.
